Devotionals by: Faithwalker

When you truly say and mean this, you have to know that you are going to go through the fire, the valleys, the heartaches, and the pain of suffering from Jesus. Squeezing out the impurities to get to pure gold is painful. There will be lots of tears, lots of prayers, and sleepless nights. Just talking to the Lord. Laying before him on the threshing floor. So many moans instead of words, so many questions. But inside a deep faith that knows God remembers what he promises. He’s there with you, and He is making you into the instrument that He designed you to be to His glory. It’s not pleasant, but it’s necessary. Just knowing that He’s with you and He shows Himself when you need confirmation at your lowest point, is enough to push you to continue to carry your cross. Just telling Him “Lord I trust you, regardless of what I see”, helps me to get through. Every obstacle is not the enemy, sometimes it’s the Lord trying to sharpen you and get you into action.

Nobody wants the suffering part, but everybody wants the gifts and to do the miracles. Suffering is a part of knowing who He is. Knowing someone is an intimate thing. So, yes, I’m walking through the fire right now. It feels like I have gasoline panties on, but Jesus is walking with me. And that makes me want to continue to see what He’s going to do to give me victory over my situation. I’m gonna on to see what the ends gonna be.

Glory to God! 🙏🏾🙌🏾♥️ “If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:” ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭2:12‬ ‭KJV‬‬ “That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;” ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭3:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬
