Walking by Faith or walking in the Spirit is against everything our body or flesh wants. It’s really walking to the tune of God the drummer. It’s controlling your desires, your thoughts, your body, your habits, and training yourself to resist temptations, but with the help of the Holy Spirit. You can’t do it without Him. And no person has mastered it. You’re always in training because Satan will always try to tempt you with something else, or the same thing you can’t resist. So God helps us by revealing some rest stops at times so we know we are on track, just a little so we don’t get overwhelmed, and to keep us looking to Him for direction. Walking by faith is continuing to proceed as led by Jesus. And when He is not saying anything, waiting for instructions, praying, fasting, and continuing to do what He told you until you hear otherwise. Amen! If He doesn’t say anything, keep doing what He told you until He says otherwise. “For we live by believing and not by seeing.” 2 Corinthians 5:7 NLT “Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see.” Hebrews 11:1 NLT “And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.” Hebrews 11:6 NLT
