Your stress could be a little stress, but the longer you carry it, it will get heavier and heavier, and you will get tired and more tired. Just like a book bag, it might not be very heavy, but never putting it down and carrying it from day to day starts getting bothersome, to the point it’s getting in the way of what you really want to do. We really want peace, joy, love, and rest. Carrying around problems, unforgiveness, stress, And things of the past allows no room to carry peace, joy, love, or rest. Put the bothersome problems down, place them in the hands of the Lord. Now your hands are empty to receive your blessings, peace, joy, love, and rest. Keep those, they won’t weigh you down, with stress or put your health in jeopardy. We must learn to put things we have no control of and things we get anxious about down in Jesus' hands and leave them there, even if we do it 3 or 4 times a day. Honestly, some days are harder than others. So it’s okay if you are continuously putting them down, it’s a beginning. That’s what it takes. These days we must give it to the master, and trust if we leave it there it’s in better hands than ours. 🙌🏾🙏🏾♥️ “Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭55:22‬ ‭KJV‬‬ “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:29-30‬ ‭KJV‬‬
