I don’t care what happens in my life, or the obstacles, trials, tribulations, and pain that you may happen to see or hear, I am blessed. It’s not because of Anything I’ve done, earned, or even anything my family has done or achieved. It’s because of the grace, mercy, love, favor and goodness of God. The Lord is awesome, even when we are at our worst, HE still chases us with His goodness and mercy. Oh, I’m gonna speak about it. God is so good, before we even acknowledged Him, He was blessing us, protecting us, fighting our battles, keeping us from the pit of Hell. Oh yes, many of us can think of those dangerous times, when we were somewhere, or with somebody, or doing something that we should not have been. And if it wasn’t for God's mercy and grace, we wouldn’t be here now. We wouldn’t have gotten home safely, we wouldn’t have gotten out of the hospital, we wouldn’t be alive, or be free. Sometimes for our own good, He allowed us to be contained, refined, alone, or in the cave, to find out who He really is to us. To make us aware that we need Him and there is nothing we can do without Him. He’s a gentleman, He woos us to Him through His loving-kindness for us. He can break us down by just hearing a song, or seeing something that will remind us of Him, or His goodness, and we run back to Him because we know His love is all we have that is true, real, and deep enough to welcome us back with open arms of forgiveness. I just love Him, and if I had nothing, as long as I still have HIM, I have everything. He’s my heart and my soul. He’s the apple of MY eye. He’s the only good and perfect thing I have that is worth letting go of everything. I would rather die than be without HIM. My heart yearns for His comfort, His peace, His joy, and His presence. God is Good and I am blessed just to be able to say I belong to Him. Salah … pause and think about it.

🙌🏾🙏🏾♥️ “And the Lord said, “I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the Lord, in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭33:19‬ ‭NIV‬‬
