When people say you changed, don’t take it as an insult or problem, take it as a compliment. If you have been saved for years and you have not changed in any way, then it’s time for you to fast and pray because the word of God that you have been listening to has fallen on bad ground. You should be changing daily. Or either having the mind to change and desire to change. I don’t want to stay with my old self. I want to keep being renewed. If you knew me years ago, and you talk to me today, you should hear a change. My humor is even different. Anyone who knew me when I was a teenager and in my 20’s I was very humorous. I laughed and joked all the time, I do the same now but I’m different. God has done some rearranging, some snatching out, a lot of putting in, and have just put me on the potter's wheel. And that’s where we all should be willing to climb up onto the potter's wheel and freely let the Lord have His way.
Oh sometimes on the molding wheel He pushes a little hard in an area we may not want to be shaped differently and we may rebel but sooner or later, hopefully sooner, the Holy Spirit deals with your conscious and you climb back up there and let Him have have His way. Because you know it’s best for you, and you trust Him to make the right decision for your life. Because He loves you and He has the best plan. So don’t be defensive when someone says that you’ve changed. Some people say, “I’m never gonna change, I’m gonna always be the same.” That’s the wrong answer and the wrong attitude. Check yourself before you wreck yourself. Change is necessary for progress, growth, for spiritual and emotional wellness. 🙏🏾🙌🏾♥️ “Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me.” Luke 11:23 NLT “You guided my conception and formed me in the womb.” Job 10:10 NLT “Jesus told them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, because I have come to you from God. I am not here on my own, but he sent me.” John 8:42 NLT
